That’s opposed to the Arizona retirees who had canals built in the desert so they could park their boats behind their house. (Island at Scottsdale Ranch. Technically part of the Arizona water storage plan but it sure looks like they used that to justify having boats in the backyard)

I used to live near a neighborhood where every home had an airplane hangar. For some reason some people also lived there who didn't have planes. One guy I knew just had a drum kit, a couch, and his bong.
