Does anyone believe the weirdness about the domestic violence victim? I feel it’s more likely he beat up a hooker and fled. He’s not a good person or human at any level.

Yeah. There is literally zero chance he was intervening in some random domestic violence incident. That obvious lie is a clue that there's something really sketchy about what he was doing.

The police were on the other side of the road for a dv call when the accident happened in the lanes going the other way. Cops saw the accident happen, which contradicts Ghouliani’s press release.

that was my initial thought but the "domestic violence" incident had already been reported. I'm guessing his driver stopped short to get a look, possibly dv victim was undressed, and inexperienced teenage driver didn't react fast enough to the sudden stop.
