Mouth gaping open, leaning forward, bluish lips. = shortness of breath/oxygen. I bet he can’t walk 3 steps or say 3 words without stopping to gasp. No wonder there have been no videos.

I noticed that too - mouth agape and leaning forward. Bad combo.

They could give him an LVAD or heart transplant. Both put him out of commission which he would never give up power.
