If you look carefully, the curve of the Truman balcony is visible to the left and the arch over the windows on the Green Room are also in the right place so it isn't flipped.

Hm, looking at it from above and looking at where hotels and restaurants are in the vicinity I suppose it could be but the angles are more oblique for that side of the building. A wider shot would help 🤷
