Perhaps we should pay our politicians significantly more, and reenact contribution/donation limits and mandatory gift reporting. And they only get paid monthly if they accomplish their jobs… to force more bipartisan work. Then maybe they won’t be cheats/bribed? Ha. Wishful thinking for most.

It’s not a secret that when we all get together physically in protest and then collectively share/discuss and agree to ideas like yours and then continue to think about what we want to happen….that’s what will happen. That’s hope. Hope prevails over fear. We can do this.

Elected office was not created to be lifetime positions with high pay, massive benefits & pensions. There is no accountability with a two party Duopoly Scam in the USA.

Accountability is definitely missing. Ideas on how it can be implemented? One idea for clearing eligibility (a different topic) would be mandatory testing on constitution and government process, background checks with zero tolerance for civil/criminal guilty verdicts.
