And the lack of imagination from both DC officials and Maryland Dems not to see this coming is pathetic. There was plenty of time for DC Dems of both sorts to take away the cards that Trump 2.0 was likely to play, and instead they shrugged and did nothing to preserve what they allegedly held dear.
