I feel really bad for any public school teacher who is moving from CA or NY to Oklahoma in the first place because it’s probably due to forces outside their control

Yeah, talk about a downgrade overall, too. Oklahoma is also the most tornado prone place in the world, that's proof enough to me that even God hates the place.
