Are people really getting JITs and awards right now? My guess was they were done issuing new awards for the FY.
We've actually gotten 3 JIT requests in the past two weeks. The NOA for a large competing renewal of a project we're part of just came through this morning too. So, the NIH staff are doing their best to push things out the door.
