The stories of these kids are truly tragic and harrowing. But how about the media stops interviewing kids immediately after an insanely traumatic experience? Their pain and processing is not your clickbait.

a ban on all assault weapons and so forth would definitely help espc online purchases etc but under Trump or any Republican for that matter cause the power of the NRA. And other influencial groups or agencies etc ????

Thank you! It was absolutely gut wrenching hearing their stories firsthand. But I couldn't help but think that some of them may still have been hopped up on adrenaline and shock hadn't even set in yet.

Let them tell their experiences. Let us experience the terror they felt. They don't realize it but it's a cleansing experience for them. Let's recognize that & appreciate their willingness to share it. It's their version of their world. We need to hear that, even if we don't like to hear it.
