Unfortunately each state has their own rules. And you obviously don’t know your state’s. CT closed primaries. NC semi-closed which means you can vote, you just have to pick what party you’re voting on, Dem ballot only has Dems etc.

SC has an open primary, they can all vote with everyone on one ballot. I lived in CT and now in NC (backwards motherfucking state). Have friends in SC so learned about their primaries. Please find out your state’s rules on primaries.

I take advantage of every primary in SC but the "straight ticket" option is lazy and wrong. The lemmings in my county don't even have to think about it.😞
