Would love to know from a building contractor how much that cost to set up. 200 million seems extremely expensive & where did the money flow? Cruelty, waste & boasting he can do anything seem to be the only goal of taco.

It's a government contract, the builders will routinely double or triple the cost quotes because no matter how expensive they make it, it will still go ahead.
