RFK jr has also said you can heal by being in the fields picking produce. I’m also on Zoloft & I somewhat enjoy gardening but it will not heal me. Took years to overcome feeling ashamed for not trusting ‘God’ enough to not need drugs (I was told me that). Back to shame & secrets I’m afraid
So sorry you had to suffer through it like this. Happy you were able to get the needed care. I hate how mental health illness & care is stigmatized in this country. Decent, science-respecting ppl need to continue fighting back until these MFers keep their P2025 hands off our Healthcare entirely.
Thank you. My deceased Dad had Parkinson’s in late 70’s agreed to try medicine. He was depressed times in his life & how much easier life could have been if viewed as a manageable illness rather then a weakness we can control. Even straight talk is all some people need but hiding it destroys people.
You are so spot on. How much farther we could go individually & as a society if we just manage it like any other disease, like hypertension or diabetes. I hope to see the day we really get there. It's been a lot of baby steps, but this regime wants to kick us back to the Dark Ages.
