And that would coincide with when the Reform party took over the Progressive Conservative Party in 2003. We learned after Harper's almost 10 yrs that that was not the style of gov't most Cdns wanted....

...but I agree, after voting strategically for the first time just to keep them out, that that is not the best method for a true democracy. We see the results down south, for sure.
