I'm not yet understanding what you mean by "for it to count". For it to count as what and for it to count how? you have to be American for your vote to count??

Oh, your point is-Americans' votes count ONLY in America. And in America, ONLY Americans' votes count. If I'm understanding, then yes. Non-citizens don't vote in the USA regardless of what kooks online spout. The US is our responsibility. We hire. We fire. And we expect our hirees to work for us.

Yes. Unfortunately, there a lot of spoiled, entitled, lazy citizens here that can't be bothered when 2 elections were STOLEN by this Krasnov because it wasn't a meaningless Superbowl and a party that has good governing but worry more about 'looking nice' than FIGHTING an ATTEMPTED Nazi takeover.
