Call another rep, believably sound like you're going to donate or volunteer in their race cos of this issue? Real, but a lot less solid and immediate unless you're Elon. (and even he's backfiring more than he's helping anymore).

Call a rep and bitch? Likely just noise. Any energy this caller had for taking action they probably just got out of their system by the call. And they're not local anyway.
