I hope not, but I have little doubt they will have no problem shooting citizens with no apprehension. Only when the civil war turns into a revolution and an unimaginable number of Americans have been killed(including military and their friends and family) will they turn the guns on the fascists.
Sadly I think you’re right.
I've talked to a lot of Veterans about this topic. I am privileged to work with them in my career. Every single one of them have said if it comes down to it, they would fight for the constitution., not personality. I felt better.
But is IS down to it. Right now. Today. They’re being deployed to cities. And they’re going. And they’re not saying no. So I am glad you have those people in your life and they are giving me hope, but I see active troops going along with this just fine. It’s time to fight NOW. And they’re not.
