The issue is she lied, which opened her up to this charge. That is why im focusing on her lying. If she had not lied, & he had sex w her, & realized later she was trans, that’s on him for not asking before sex if it was that much of a deal breaker for him. Ppl are allowed to have deal breakers.
If your claim is that ppl aren’t allowed to have a deal breaker before consenting to sex, that’s not a safe sex mindset.
But again, this guy is being disingenuous, this was obviously not a deal breaker for him bc she admits she wasn’t passing.
That’s why i haven’t engaged w the deal breaker part bc it wasnt a deal breaker for him. Her mistake was lying & if we let her get away w it bc this asshole can’t get over himself, then lying to get sex is the new okayed precedent for everyone.
So either they need to prove he knew she was trans before having sex despite her lying & admitting she lied, or she has to take the fall to protect what will happen if lying to get sex becomes protected.
