You're literally looking at the chart that includes all inputs to the prepared coffee product, including rent and labor.
Raw coffee has actually inflated too - because we created inflation and people are willing to pay more for coffee either at home or out - but as with many commodities, the price is volatile. And is a tiny fraction of what you pay for at the cafe. fred.stlouisfed.org/series/APU00...
