He'll have to pardon himself first then... surprised he hasn't done that already to be honest. Actually with his supreme court he could probably get them to say the President is special & gets to be armed the more people who say no, the more he will do everything to get one
Thankfully, He can't, or he'd have done it already. He was convicted at the state level, and presidential pardons only apply to federal convictions.
