So many cpaps are available on Craigslist or at garage sales. The last one I inherited was an Airsense 10. It's amazingly quiet and it automatically adjusts to my breathing patterns. Because of this, the forced air is just more comfortable.

I have an Airsense 10 as well and I second it as it’s a great machine. Just be sure not to confuse it with the AirStart 10, which is a lower end machine that looks the same but has less features.
