Deporting a US citizen child without due process is against the law. The courts have to determine whether the child has a parent/guardian who is a legal US resident and adjudicate custody. We can't just take ICE's word that the parents wanted the children deported with them. You're advocating that.

There was absolutely no reason to take her into custody. Defendants are frequently charged on paper and then processed when they make their court appearance. Remember how Trump was handled? This judge was not likely to flee nor was she a risk to public safety. This is theater meant to terrorize us.
