How do we get the house to file article of impeachment who are the vulnerable (r)apists we can pressure to follow the oath of office.

Even if the House files the articles, you would need the votes in the Senate. Right now those votes don't exist

Yes. The goal never gets met if you don’t take the first step. Once the first domino falls the pressure will build and the rest can be toppled. Better to start and fail then never start.
