Very, very hard to eat healthy away from home. 💯 As far as autism, using one debunked study out of OK to justify getting rid of vaccines is asinine. The #1 cause of autism (I worked with autistic kids for years) is people waiting to have kids until they're in their late 30's and 40's.
Is the issue the age of the mother, dad or both? My niece on the spectrum was born to 20-something-year-old parents.
The age of the mother, which also influences likelihood of Down Syndrome. It's not the *only* factor, of course, but it increases the chances. I have never seen a study that definitively states one cause of either one. Vaccines have never been found to be an influencer in any credible study.
