that's fair. revolutions have always relied more on popular support than guns anyway. VERY few people died in the early stages of the russian revolution. (after that, the white armies invaded and more people died, but that's a different story, definitely)

I truly don’t know how we win with them currently. Like I said to others, I’m not the one to figure this out. I’m just stating my personal stance, and that I dream of a future with no guns anywhere. For anyone.

YES! THANK YOU! I’ve been a pacifist for years and all the non-MAGA who boast about how they aren’t pacifists and love their guns too, all freak me out just as much as the MAGA. Considering what I fear is coming, it’s a strange place to be because on some level I KNOW we need people on the left…

Yeah it’s a reality the left is going to have to reckon with. I know the reality of disarmament in the face of fascism isn’t exactly hopeful, but a lot of the left is anti gun for very good reason. And honestly, the left isn’t going to win in a straight up gun fight with the U.S. Gov anyway
