The majority of voters in Maine voted for Harris. Trump got more votes in the 2nd CD, but Harris won overall. Collins' approval rating is really low, too.

I’m a little confused - does Maine apportion its electoral votes differently from other states?

Maine gives 2 electoral votes to the winner of the state and 1 each to the winner of our 2 Congressional districts for a total of 4. Maine should get in on the redistricting because we could easily draw the districts so the Dem wins both.

Yes it does, we split our electoral votes and we have ranked choice voting as well

Maine does apportion differently. Maine and Nebraska provide for proportional electoral votes. Maine’s total is 4. It’s not unusual to have a 3-1 split.

Note a 2-2 split is impossible. It’s either 4-0 or 3-1.
