That's a real fear. We have so much dust. Heavy rain would wash it away
ππ damn. We didnβt have any forecast on the LeFevre Peninsula but weβre currently getting a scant fall. So freaking random.
We're waiting for a few rain free days so we can deal with the possum living inside our wall. There's enough dampness to mean we can't leave roof tiles open, but no actual rain to water the gardens. Meanwhile the dog is barking at walls, the cats are scared & possum is eating my parsley
the bombers getting thumped. And our rainfall has thinned right out..
Yeah I didn't go to bed very happy
4.4 here in my part of Gods own, other socialists in the storm path got way more but strangely no one wanted to do swaps....
I can handle feeding the sheep but the hardest part for me is watching the bush die. Never seen it this bad. My qualifications are in protecting the land but it does assume a certain amount of water will fall from the sky to make things work
We've lost a few of the trees we planted in 2014 but most are holding on. We've had a few top up showers that i think you've missed. Nb 80mm for 2025 and 8 in April.
We've had 80 in 6 months

You are welcome to have ours, maybe 4 completely dry days in two months. Lawn is infested with water weeds, paddocks are bogs & wood shed is loaded with whatever we can get to. Dogs get maybe 1 good walk a week & my cricket gear is mouldy. π₯΄ BoM system broke so no idea official but guess 1.5mts+
