At most, Hank would have voted third-party or wrote-in during each of Trump's elections, but he'd *never* vote for someone that prefers his steak well-done w/ketchup. Dale definitely voted for Trump in '16/24 though I can see him voting Libertarian in 2020 over the Covid lockdowns.
