I thought his doctor said he was in perfect health at 6’3” and 145 pounds? A man that perfect doesn’t need blood thinners. They should actually be using him as a perfect blood donor to take his blood and grow it for the masses to cure all diseases.
145 at 6'3" and he'd be emaciated. 245 sounds like a healthy weight, but he's clearly considerably heavier than that. I heartily doubt that he's as tall as 6'3". My late husband was 6'3", and over the course of his illnesses, he went from 268 pounds down to 150, and looked like skin and bones.
One can only hope.

Even aspirin will do it. The elderly are prone to bruising anyway judging by the mystery bruises I find on myself quite often.
