I attend an Episcopal church in Ann Arbor, Michigan. It is a great source of strength and a center of solidarity and support for our communities and marginalized neighbors. I hope that people looking for a way to plug-in consider looking at progressive churches in their area.

Yes, the mayor of Detroit will be running as an independent, which could really screw up the gubernatorial election for the Democrats. Benson has done a great job, and Pete Buttigieg might also run for the Democratic nomination. So great people to choose from for Democrats.
