Isn't one German woman still in detention from her arrest in Dec. Her visa had expired, she had a flight booked back to Germany. By detaining her, ICE caused her to miss the flight. As she then didn't have a flight booked, they have continued to hold her.

In the constitution of Germany there is an article which grants all citizens the right to resistance if anyone attempts to abolish the contstitutional order if no other remedy is possible. Since Trump ignores court rulings, I think in Germany this would qualify as such an attempt.
