Last week, Trump put a 90-day hold on his announced “Liberation Day“ tariffs, with one exception: China. Despite China being one of our largest trading partners, Trump increased tariffs with them, leaving most of us with two huge questions: where is this headed, and is there a way out of this mess?
Today, tiktok is full of Chinese factories posting links so you can buy things like tidepods which they produce directly from them at wholesale prices. 20 for $1. And the factory where they make converse selling them at €25. Cut out the expensive middleman. This is what will bring trump down.

If we extrapolate, the results of Trump's stupid tariffs is all the countries will end up imposing a 100% tariff on all goods exported & imported to the US. Then, Trump, being so stupid, insipid and with pure hubris, will start to impose 150% tariffs, then 200%, escalating on up. It's starting now.
My guess to Trump tariffs end game: (1) China will greatly reduce the amt of Treasury Bills & Bonds that they buy, and (2) Europe, Australia, Canada, Mexico, & S. America will increase trade relations w/ China, w/o US. Very soon, US will be an economic island due to Trump's tariffs game.
