No worries. Vinegar water doesn't flavor the veggies/fruits. Sometimes, I forgot and left things in it for an hour but I never tasted vinegar in them. I usually wash them thoroughly in running water and then soak in vinegar water and eat directly without rinsing them.

I harvest my remaining beet yesterday, some peas and carrots and kale and my wife left them in the vinegar bath overnight with no issues.

It makes strawberries last a little longer. I think it brightens the taste a little.

I will never forget the day that an email from a US Attorney taught me the value of pronouns in email signatures. She didn't have one. And her name was something like "Taylor Smith" but less european. I click reply. I type "M" and suddenly freeze. Do I hit S, or R? Dangerous guessing game.

sometimes you can just sleuth it out on social media. sometimes that doesn't work for attorneys, some of us, especially in government and adversarial work, keep a low profile online. I couldn't find this person even on LinkedIn. Thankfully, a mutual colleague was able to clue me in.

Either guess is 50/50 misgendering a professional colleague. They probably aren't trans. Just among the large share of names not clearly gendered, or simply unfamiliar. Like everything else trans people ask for, this would benefit everyone in society. But it offends some religious nutcase.
