I remember the moment I heard about Russia's invasion of Ukraine, my first thought was, "Ukraine needs to reduce the Kremlin to rubble for this."

Supposedly they've done so with token single shots. To no effect. I'm not sure if that was actually them and not just a Russian video to stir up outrage.
