There are a ton of Russians in Seattle. So many in fact that there are 🏧 machines with Cyrillic instructions.

I don't know about Seattle specifically, but there's a huge population of Russian speaking, insular, ultra-Orthodox Christians (think Hutterites or Mennonites, but in Russian) in the PNW. They're not immigrants, even though they still speak Russian they've lived here for generations.
