I clicked the link expecting to find a video, transcript, or link to Newsom's web page giving me what he said. He's a good speaker, and I usually do this. But I did n't see any of this on the linked web page.

The difference between Mexican Coke and US Coke is the salt content. The sugar is chemically the same in both but Mexican Coke has a little more salt.
