Every time I see his photo, my 1st thought is in 2 parts. Part A: He is insane. Part B: Whatever kind of lifestyle or diet that guy follows, no one should follow it.

I’m not much better. dark colored sweatpants, dark t shirt( at times when I think the weather is going to be a little bit chillier than what it is. But, there is a slight difference between my “ luck of the draw “ style and his lunacy. I easily burn and it is more a protective measure.

Um, as an avid hiker, he should look more like this. Obviously with no bare ankles because ticks. Leggings optional obvs, but he should be wearing moisture wicking gear. His current gear is a great recipe for heat injury to rapid cooling injury if he gets stuck, and that'll send him into shock.

As someone who was stationed in AZ and has kinfold there, RFK is a complete and utter idiot for doing that!

My guess is that RFK shoots roids or T, so while he has the appearance of muscle above the waist, he has tiny, skinny legs. He’s all vanity, hence the jeans all the time. Even when he swims. Oh, and if he does juice, his muscles, while looking jacked, are quite fragile and unstable.
