A subpoena issued in one state for the arrest of someone in another state cannot be enforced, but it CAN be "domesticated," meaning presented to a county clerk in the same jurisdiction as the subpoenaed party, and an arrest effected that way. So those democrats truly ARE putting it all on the line!

Most states won’t extradite to another state. I’ve known people with warrants on them get pulled over or arrested in other states and they was never sent back. The states don’t want to pay the cost.
