It's been a decade, and medical costs (even for the insured) have skyrocketed. Obamacare has been revealed to be a band-aid for the problem it was meant to solve. It needs actual fixing, but no one in power wants to fix it (because they get tons of lobby money from HMO and Big Pharma.)
