How do all the massive cuts he's made to education achieve that goal? Does he seem to be under the impression that every state can afford to pick up the slack? I'm obviously overlooking other issues with what he has said here.

Well, yeah, that would be the Project 2025 thing to do. Don't forget, a "natural family" is a stay at home mom and a working dad. Of course, they do absolutely nothing to address the fact that it takes two incomes to support a family. I flipped out when I read that passage in Project 2025.
