I can't believe the USA is celebrating a dictator's birthday My dad would be livid if he were still here to see this

Same! My Dad was born in 1936 (passed last July) and grew up in Italy until moving here in 1957. The stories he had. I’m glad he is not here to see the reelection of this clown and the rise of fascism.
The USA isn’t, the orange monster is.
Mine, too, and all my uncles. They all fought in WWII
Same here, my Dad and five of his brothers were all in the military during WW2. My dad joined at 16 (yes they took him at that age) and he was stationed in Nagasaki after the bomb was dropped.
Uncle Bob had a DFC flew 25 missions in the Pacific and 56 in Europe. Uncle Johnny landed on Omaha Beach with 29th Division on June 6, 1944. I appreciate your Dad's Service and all Veterans service. Have 2 friends that served as door gunners on Huey's in Vietnam.
I just followed you. Il Dad in New Guinea, uncle Bill in 1st Marines Guadacanal to Okinawa I was on the board that built National D-Day Memorial. I ook hundreds of oral histories of WWII Veterans as well. Did a oral history of a radio corpsman in Nagasaki after the bomb. Jack Ruby was in his group.
No we are not. He is. This is all for his own ego. He will be the only one celebrating
My dad was in WWII at the end, Korean war, and Vietnam. He’s be infuriated! He was a VFW commander for AZ and on the national board. I was at my gun salutes at cemeteries. Protesting & marching against Trump is a duty to honor my dad. 😡🇺🇸
Our thanks for his service! 🇺🇸🫡
