Don’t think it’s Putin they’re worried about. Lotsa cash coming in from wealthy oil countries as well, which might dry out as some of those regimes are slightly iffy as well

Other oil countries do not start aggression with consequences for the whole world. And if anyone suddenly considers something similar, they will have to remember the possibility of asset confiscation. Would be a good new lesson - some already forgot what happened to Iraq after it invaded Kuwait...
