his age 29-33 comps by WAR (post integration) are Bonds, Schmidt, Clemente, Aaron, Musial, and Jackie Robinson. It’s difficult to envision an outlier’s trajectory but that’s what Judge is.

could he get severely hurt and be done by 36-37? sure, but otherwise even a diminished, late career Judge is probably going to crank out 25 wins of value or so

Fwiw, pre-season ZiPS had Judge at 6.4 and 5.2 WAR in 2026 and 2027. Add in 4.0, 2.8, 1.6 and 0.4 and he's at 20.4 after 2025. 2025 actual production has got to only increase future expectation. Certainly health is a big question/driver. I will take the over.
