Im pretty sure you pay taxes for that privilege.
Yeah, we do, a tiny amount. Someone on an average salary pays around £170/month and that includes healthcare, a guaranteed pension and social care. Tell me, how much health do you get for $200 in the us?
For SS, you put in 6% of your earned wages and the employer has to match it. Same for Medicare fir when we retire. Theyre trying to wreck that too. We cant have anything nice that diesnt cost you an arm and a leg.
If you have a plan and have deductables and co- insurance, you pay about 15% of a Drs office visit until you meet those deductables which is about 4k - 6 k per yr. We want medicare for all, but the powers that be say no.
Pretty sure the taxes come out to less than Americans pay for healthcare alone while still paying taxes
Yep.
