It's not as if her incompetence was the reason Trump lost that case. The best lawyer in the world could only do so much with what they had to work with.

I don't know that a competent attorney would have been able to win that case. What I do know is that we will never know.

She alone owns the fact that the civil fraud trial was decided by a judge and not a jury. Not saying he would have won with a Manhattan jury, but that case was quite complex and nuanced and took up an awful lot of time, all of which can be hard for juries to manage
