I decided to give satisfactory a go since I like Factorio, hoping it would fill a similar itch, but honestly it just made me want to go back and play Factorio again. The 3D nature of it just adds a level of clunkiness that Factorio doesnt struggle with in glorious top-down 2D Might come back to it.
Satisfactory is one of my favorite games that just tickles my tims in a way most other games don't, they really did nail the satisfaction of making a manifold of conveyor belts work to flawlessly output the exact numbers you need for your machines.
Also: The recent graphical update is fantastic! I highly recommend looking up into the sky as you send up packages in the space elevator 👍
Same, I've tried it a couple times but it just doesn't do it for me.
try dyson sphere program out if you want a happy middle imo its the best of both worlds
Also you get to see railguns firing solar sails into solar orbit and the spectacle of watching your sphere come together is absolutely incredible
I love satisfactory! Playing it with a few friends is amazing
