Nothing is guaranteed, but in NYC the Democratic Primary is *usually* the deciding election. We have had Republican mayors in the past - Giuliani, Bloomberg - but I think we are no longer in the mood π
Yah...i hope so....am tired of the RWing DINO strain in manhattan...i grew up during mayor Lindsay era...he was progressive and very "new york". I can't remember alot of specifics, but in general he was very well liked. But it's the rare politician who has a no mistakes during their term....
