Bravo, Mr. Obeidallah. I read Robert Hubbell’s daily essays (via email, after subscribing) and he favors more than 13 Justices. I don’t recall if he wants 94 (one per district) or something under that number; but assignments can be shared/rotated. Also, each President should be permitted 2 Justices.
