i dont have a problem with germans, either, unless they're in the AfD, & i spent months at a time in berlin during the 1990s. they hated being affiliated in any way to the nazis of the 30s & 40s, & i didnt disabuse them of their sentiments.

nope. not unless you were in japan during wwll, doing to the chinese what germany did to the jews. as i've already said, my X husband is half japanese, & while i struggle w. my prejudice, it hasnt overwhelmed me. why do you ask>? i've already stated my position on the matter.

Thank you for sharing this article. While I like to think that I'm well-informed on a broad array of subjects, this is new to me. It makes me sad to think how this aspect of WWII is not more widely known.
