Like all Botox 3-4 months. Then things tighten back up. So you need to use a training kit to help stretch things.

Noted - I’ve been trying to train but I tighten up real real fast in between if I take a break (which I kinda have to do to recover) so I still think it would be worth considering

I have the same issue. Takes a lot to loosen me up. I highly recommend if you can get insurance to cover it.
