That may be so but it has nothing to do with the simple fact that none of the three cases went beyond the complaints so there was no testimony of any kind.

Those are complaints made before a COURT and the plaintiffs testimonies given there. They demanded court trials, but were not given them because Trump paid them to stay quiet along with death threats. The facts remain. BELIEVE THE WOMEN.

Complaints are not testimony. They are allegations. The plaintiff asserts that something happened. The assertions are proved (or not) at trial. Testimony is given in depositions and at trial.

This is inaccruate. She filed 3 times. The first was dismissed because of legal deficiencies (the facts she alleged did not support a claim under the legal theory - she alleged a civil rights violation). The 2d time - she dismissed the case, no reason given. She never said she was threatened at

that time. The 3d time, she also dismissed her own case, this time saying it was because she was threatened. Could she have been paid off? No one knows. But if she accepted a settlement in exchange for dropping the case, that was her choice.
